Forte has embarked on a process of change to offer more effective and creative solutions in line with technological innovations, diverse customer demands, changing market dynamics, and sustainability goals, with the aim of becoming a strong player in the Middle East and Europe.
We are developing innovative strategies to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions, increase efficiency, grow revenue and profit, and gain a competitive advantage. This change aims to ensure that our company remains agile, maintains its competitive strength, and responds to employee expectations. We are continuing our transformation process to adapt to today's needs and seize tomorrow's opportunities.
Amid shifting market dynamics, we observe changes in customer expectations and localization trends; many of our customers are undergoing downsizing and restructuring. Competition in our industry is intensifying.
We are aware of the need to be a leader, not a follower, in this competition. Organizations aiming for growth must boldly remodel their strategies and differentiate themselves in the industry. In this regard, at Forte, we are taking our strategy further by localizing our teams focused on high performance and efficiency.
TOMORROW
What we will do and what we aim for?
At Forte, we are fundamentally restructuring our organizational structure, business models, performance targets, and leadership approach to achieve tomorrow's growth goals. This transformation process will enable us to transition to a more agile, effective structure that can respond quickly to competition.
As part of our preparation for the future, we are establishing a Strategic Planning and HR department to manage the change process. We are also creating an autonomous organizational structure where Forte Group companies can collaborate in operational and financial-accounting areas.
We aim to strengthen our departments and achieve a new structure by the end of the year by developing our business lines, establishing new structures, and adopting new working principles to reach new customers from different sectors.
Throughout this process, we will move forward in line with the goals of continuous change, transformation, empowerment, and growth that new leaders will create. As Forte, we are determined to take steps that will further strengthen our position in the industry with innovative approaches.



PEOPLE
What will be added to our lives, how will we add value, how will we grow?
As we move towards these goals, the change process to be carried out by the Strategic Planning and HR departments will include the implementation of an autonomous management structure, the determination of country strategies, the creation of high-performance teams with an inclusive culture, and strong leadership support.
To ensure high performance, a key element of change, a transparent, measurable, development-focused, and fair performance and work system will be developed in collaboration with teams.
Forte believes that the key to our success lies in the collective contributions of each individual within our team and expects all our employees to actively participate in the change processes. We aim to make each of our voices heard by holding brainstorming sessions and transparent information sharing processes.
Thus, with clear goals and efficient work processes, we will develop and support our teams while increasing employee loyalty and raising our competitive power in the market, thereby growing our turnover and profits.
In this transformation process, we aim to strengthen our position in the industry as the entire Forte team by preserving our core values such as innovation, culture, and customer focus.
