Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use these tools:
Forte Signature Wizard

How to Use?
Visit forte.works/signature-wizard in your browser.
On the page that opens, you can select your previously created signature by clicking Select Signature, or if no signature has been created for you yet, you can proceed to the Edit Your Signature section.
In the Edit Your Signature section, enter the following information:
- Name Surname
- Title
- Address (Leave this field blank if you are not working in an office different from the default Istanbul office address)
- Address 2 (Please leave this field blank if you do not work in 2 different offices)
- Phone (Istanbul Office phone will appear by default, please leave blank if you do not work in a different office)
- Phone 2 (Please leave blank if you do not use 2 different numbers)
- Mobile Phone information
When you enter all the information, your email signature will be automatically created on the right side. You can add your signature to the clipboard by clicking the Copy button.
Then, in Outlook settings, in the Signatures section, after clicking the +New Signature button, paste your copied signature into the relevant field and select this signature for New Messages and Replies/Forwards to start using your signature.
Forte Out-of-Office Wizard

How to Use?
Visit forte.works/out-of-office-wizard in your browser.
On the page that opens, enter the following information:
- Auto Reply End Date
- Auto Reply Reason
- Email Access Status
- Contact Person
- Phone Number
When you enter all the information, your email signature will be automatically created on the right side. You can add your signature to the clipboard by clicking the Copy Text button.
Then, in Outlook settings, in the Automatic Replies section, after clicking the Enable automatic replies button, paste your copied signature into the relevant field, make the necessary settings, and press the Save button to use your standard Out of Office automatic reply on days when you are out of office.
Forte QR Wizard

How to Use?
Visit forte.works/qr-wizard in your browser.
On the page that opens, when you paste the link or text you want to create a QR code for in the field titled Enter your text below, your QR code will be automatically generated in 12 different styles.
You can download your QR code to your device in high resolution PNG format with the DOWNLOAD button located just below the QR code you want to use.
*QR Wizard allows you to create unlimited QR codes.
You Can Download QR Wizard as an App to Your Device!
When you visit the QR Wizard page with your Mobile Device or computer, the QR Wizard page offers the opportunity to install as an App on your device. The necessary directions will be visible on the QR Wizard page very soon.
